Placing an Order on billerudbranded.com

The website offers shopping cart functionality with easy checkout for purchasing items directly using a credit card.

  • On the Billing Address page, enter your name, address, and email. This is the info for who is placing the order.
  • On the Shipping Address page, enter the name and address for who is receiving this order. Proofread your order and make any necessary edits.
  • On the Payment Details page, enter your credit card information for payment. The website is PCI-compliant, so no credit card information is stored for future ordering purposes.
  • A confirmation page will appear and you will receive an email confirmation from Order360 (noreply@connect360hub.com) within 15 minutes.

Return Policy

Returns on customized business correspondence are not accepted unless the items are damaged or there was an error with production. Returns due to incorrect customizations entered by the user are not accepted.

Returns on merchandise will only be accepted if the merchandise is damaged or defective. Contact support@connect360hub.com for return instructions.
